​​What should you bring with you?
 
An open heart, Water to drink, Tissues, Pen & Paper (or journal), Dress Comfortably, Set-up in a quite uninterrupted space where you may lie down or sit back comfortably, A Candle to burn (any candle is fine), dimly lit space, head phones for best experience.

You may have your zoom video off once we begin however people are welcome to say hello in the beginning as I share a channeled message. Once we start to open sacred space,  you will be muted  and have the option to turn your vid off.

All participants must be in room at once we open sacred space. Once sacred space is opened, no one will be able to join. If someone gets kicked out by accident, they will be allowed back in.
